Roma Dixit

Archive of the voices from the Rome streets

Roma Dixit collects for you all the voices coming from the Roma’s streets, here we have stories, legends, tales and famous fakes, chattings from the village and witnesses, there is the true and there is the fake, there is the story we still have to prove and there is the story we have to forget.

Roma dixit is an archive and it does not want to be the best or the most sofisticated. It is just an archive that wants to let any voice in rome to have the same value, the same room, the same level of weight for the roman history and that made the Roma’s history.

Here the stories have been connected, you can jump from a story to another, in reason of a shared name, shared street or shared story or a shared particular fact.

This project is a tribute to the most unique and the more beautiful city in the world, an eternal city with the power to keep safe in its rocks the history of humanity.
This is a tribute to Rome, the city that, since ever and forever, allows any of its citizen to be king.
